Hello! My name is Michele Reeder. This is my ninth year teaching Preschool at Martin Luther School! I am so excited to be here, and have the opportunity to work with your child.
I graduated with a B.S. Degree in Recreational Therapy with an emphasis in Child Development from Central Missouri State University in 1997. Over the years I have taught children, age infant to 5 years of age, in various settings. Most recently, I spent seven years working as a Paraprofessional in the Kindergarten/First Grade building for the Carl Junction School District.
I have been married to Steven Reeder for more than 23 years. Our son just graduated from college as a high school teacher, completing his B.S. in High School English Education. We live about 10 miles north of Joplin, on a 70 acre farm. We raise beef cattle and have 2 cats. I enjoy bike riding, reading, swimming, going to movies and just spending time with my family.
